Callout extensions is an extremely useful way of utilizing what the company has to offer. In short, it allows the consumer to see the company, the website, and a small bio of what it is suppose to look like. Call outs are an ad on because they can make the ad longer and can get more attention of the viewer. Examples are like below, where they include Free shipping, 24-7 customer service and price matching. This makes it competitive compared to other companies who do not have those things in.
Without a doubt AdWords call out extension is a no brainer and everyone should use it. By allowing 3-4 bullet points with a 25 character max for each bullet, as a campaign creater you can use this to advertise and explain things like " special offers " " product benefits " and features. A lot of times when similar companies have the same types of ads, it comes down to the ad's quality score and that is what is determined in the ranking of where they should be placed
